WARRANTY POLICY
Guarantee/Warranty:
Equipment is warranted for one year from the date of purchase.
Consumable items, Glass Parts, Rubber Parts, Bulbs, Accessories, Wear & Tear Components are NOT covered under warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Original invoice is mandatory for warranty claims.
Warranty becomes void if:
Product is damaged due to misuse
Unauthorized repair is performed
Product is modified
Physical damage exists
FREE WARRANTY SERVICE
Customers must send the equipment to the company service center for warranty inspection and repair.
Eligible repairs under warranty will be completed free of charge.
PAID SERVICE POLICY
Paid service applies when:
Warranty expires
Physical damage exists
Consumables require replacement
Damage is not covered under warranty
Charges depend on:

Labour Charges

REFUND POLICY
Refunds applicable only for:
Wrong Product Delivered
Manufacturing Defect
Transit Damage
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Approved refunds processed within 7–14 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless company error is confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Custom orders and special-order products cannot be cancelled.
